Our family has been in construction since our grandfather owned his first company and for the past 30 years the two of us have been involved in everything from multi-family to light commercial to residential construction.           You can either send us your modular home plans or sketches, you can request a selection of some of our modular home floor plans or we can custom design to suit your needs. Mariette will be happy to answer any of your questions and help guide you through the process of turning all of your ideas into reality. Our permanent show home at the plant is on a full basement and a visit is the best way to see what modular home builders and our company are all about. There are numerous options to choose from and at our show home we have all the samples and colours available.

It takes about 10 weeks to build a modular home in the factory during which time the customer is invited to inspect at various stages. Millennium Modular Homes provides construction drawings for the customer’s foundation contractors who co-ordinate to be completed in time for the delivery of the modules. Once landed a typical modular home takes 1 to 2 weeks to complete the exterior and interior finishing.
